Tapang Baboy

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. pork tenderloin (cut into 1/4-inch slices)

  • 6 tbsp. soy sauce

  • 6 tbsp. white vinegar

  • 1 tbsp. finely minced garlic

  • 1 tbsp. saltpepper

  • 1 tbsp. salt

  • 2 tbsp. sugar

  • 2 tbsp. peanut oil

Preparation

  • Combine and mix all ingredients and marinate for at least 12 hours (or more) in refrigerator

  • Drain excess sauce from pork

  • Fry pork until well done

  • Serve hot
